A RESOLUTION OF THE CIT~ COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA, CALII~ORNIA, ORDERING WORK TO BE
DONE ON DELHI ROAD AND OTHERS, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 58-15
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana,
on the twentieth day of January, 1958, passed and adopted its
Resolution of Intention, being Resolution No. 58-15, to order
the work described therein to be done, which said Resolution
of Intention duly and legally was published as required by law,
and notice of said improvement has been given in the manner
required by law and no written protest having been filed by any
owner of any property to be assessed for said improvement prior
to the time set in said Resolution of Intention for filing
protests.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:,
SECTION 1. That the public interest and convenience
require, and the City Council of the City of Santa Aha hereby
orders the work described in said Resolution of Intention to be
done, to wit: the improvement of
Delhi Road between the center line of Main Street
and a point 159.~9 feet ! east of the center line
of Evergreen Street;
Flora Street between the center line of Main Street
and a point 330 feet ! east of the center line of
Cypress Avenue;
Flora Street between the center line of Halladay
Street and the center line of Evergreen Street;
Central Avenue between the center line of Main
Street and the center line of Evergreen Street;
Adams Street between the center line of Cypress
Avenue and the center line of Evergreen Street;
Emmett Street between the center line of Halladay
Street and a point 158.50 feet ~ east of the center
line of Evergreen Street;

Cypress Avenue between the center line of Flora
Street and a point 174.03 feet ~ south of the
center line of Adams Street;
Orange Avenue between the center line of Central
Avenue and the south property line of South
Santa Aha Tract;
Measor Street between the center line of Central Avenue and the center line of Adams Street;
Halladay Street between the center line of Delhi
Road and a point 158.21 feet ~ south of the
center line of Emmett Street; and
Evergreen Street between the center line of Delhi Road and the center line of Emmett Street,
all iu the City of Santa Ana, by the clearing of right of way,
grading, preparing subgrade and paving with asphaltic plant mix,
construction of concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalks and driveway
aprons, and appurtenant work thereto.
SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council hereby is directed
to post a notice for 5 days on or near the door of the Council
Chamber of the City Hall inviting sealed proposals or bids for
doing the work ordered and referring to the specifications on
file and to publish a notice inviting such proposals for R days
in the Santa Aha Register, a newspaper published and circulated
in the City of Santa Aha, the first of which publications shall
be not less than l0 days before the date said bids are to be
opened.
SECTION 3. Reference hereby is made to said Resolution
of Intention for a description of the work, the assessment
district, the bonds to be issued and for further particulars.
SECTION 4. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to
the adoption of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter
the same shall be in full force and effect.
