WHEREAS, ~ARY A. SHEPHERD has presented to the City Council
a Grant Deed dated February 10, 1958, in consideration of the pay-
ment of $12,500.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
PARCEL l: The ~[est half of Lots ~leven and Twelve of Geo. W.
Ford's Addition to Santa Ana, as shown on a Map recorded in
Rook 25, Page 62 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County,
California.
PARCEL 2: The West ?-1/2 feet of the East ~7-1/2 feet of Lots
Eleven and Twelve of Geo. W. Ford's Addition to Santa Ana, as
shown on a ~ap recorded in Book 2~, Page 62 of Miscellaneous
Records of Los Angeles County, California.
NOW, THE~POR~, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said Deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's desi~mated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said Deed.
PASSED ~O ADOPTED by the ~ ty Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the l?th day of February, 1951~.
