BETWEEN TUSTIN AVENUE AND MABURY STREET, ~D A ~¥ATER LINE
EASEMENT
WHEREAS, the owners of certain property have delivered to the
City deeds granting easements for street purposes without cash consid-
eration and the names of the grantors are herein set out opposite the
dates of the deeds:

WHEREAS, CARL J. KLATT ~ d LENA A. KLATT have presented to the
deed dated J~uary 27, 1958, conveying an easement for the
construction of a water line westerly from Tustin Avenue, without
cash consideration.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deeds, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
at its regular meeting held
