B~ IT ~LVmD: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of
the State of California, Section ~71 (b), the City Council hereby declares that
Resolution No. 56-269, adopted the 15th day of October, 1956, in accordance with
Santa Ana Municipal Code, Section 320~, be amended to delete the following:

and it is hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby
