C(~CERRL~G PARKinG ~.!~ITATIONS A~D CUrB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH:
BE IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the previsions of the Vehicle Code of the
State of California, Section ~72, and Section 3201 of the Santa Ana Nuncipal Code,
the City declares that portion of Resolmtio~ No. 55-250, adopted on the 26th day
of September, 1955, and ordering the curb painted RED, as follows:
On the west side of Sycamore Street, between Sixth Street and Church Street, as follows:
North 10 feet of the south 265 feet
North 10 feet of the south 319 feet
is hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed
to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered.
BE IT FU~tTHEH ~OLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of
the State of California, Section 472, and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha ~nicipal
Code, the City Council hereby establishes parking ]tm~tations and regulations set
forth in Section 3213 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, as follows:
SYCAMORE STREE2
On the west side of Sycamore Street, between Sixth Street and Eighth Street, as follows:
North ~ feet of the south 215 feet
North 8 feet of the south 303 fee~
and said curb along said street shall be painted B~.D~, and the Director of Public Works
is hereby directed to cause the said curb to be painted as hereinabove described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code
of the State of California, Section ~72, and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha Municipal
Code, the City Council hereby establishes parking limitations and regulations set
forth in SeCtion 3218 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, as follows:
SYCAN~RE STREET
On the west side of Sycamore Street, between Sixth Street and Eighth Street, as follows:
North 80 feet of the south 295 feet
and said curb along said street shall be painted ~_~W, and the Director of Public
Works is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted as hereinabove described.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting
held on the 17th day of February, 1958.
