STREET EASEI.~ENTS FOR CASH CONSIDERATION
?~EREAS, C. A. ESPARZA, aka CARillON A. ESPARZA, and SALUD'ESPARZA
have presented to the City a deed granting easement for street pur-
poses dated September 23, 1957, in consideration of ~719.00, convey-
ing property at the Southeast corner of Halladay and Flora Streets;
and
~EREAS, CHARLIE CA}~RILLO and Y~RIA CAMARILLO have presented to
the City a deed dated September 23, 1957, in consideration of p~ment
of ~1,250.00 conveying fee title to a lot at the Southwest corner of
Halladay Street and Central Avenue; and
YM{EREAS, 0CTAVIAN0 CAI~LiRILL0 ~d JUANA FLO~S CA~.LiRILL0 have
presented to the City a deed dated September 23, 1957, in considera-
tion of ~883.00 conveying a street easement along the edges of said
lot at the Southeast co~er of ~)elhi Road and Halladay Street;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said deeds
and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is directed to
place his Certificate of Accept~ce on each of said deeds and to
provide for the recording of the same through escrow.
