'&HEREAS, the people whose names appear below have delivered
to the City of Ssata Ana their deeds granting easements, without cash
consideration being paid by the City, and said deeds bear the dates
set out opposite the names of said grantors; and
~f~EREAS, t~e names next l~ereinbelow are those of persons grant-
lng easements for the widening of N~rth Main Street:

The Honer Development Company and the Allison Honer
Company hav~ delivered to the City a deed dated February 2~, 19~8,
granting easements for the widening of Seventeenth Street and Bristol
Street, North of Seventeenth, and surrendering said-vehicular access
rights along said frontage, and
WHEREAS, Santa Ana High School District of Orange County has de-
livered a deed granting a 10-foot easement for the purpose of construct-
ing a public sewer in an area proposed as Haitt Street South of Delhi
Road, and
~[~EREAS, the Honor Development Company and the AILison Honer
Company has delivered a deed granting an easement forthe construction
of a water line Northwest of the intersection of Seventeenth and
Bristol Streets;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
s~d Deeds, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is dir-
ected to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
