CONCERNING PARKING LI~LITATIONS AND CURB NARXIEGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH:
BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the
State of California, Section &TI.l, and Section 3201 of the Santa Ana Nn~icipal
Code of the City of Santa Aha, the City declares that Resolution No. 56-242, adopted
on the 4th day of September, 1956, the portion of which states as follows:
TEMTH STREET
At the intersection of Tenth Street and Spmrgeon Street that a "Yield" Right-of-Way
sign shall he erected at the intersection above described directing traffic on Tenth
Street to "yield" to traffic on Sp~rge~n Street".
is hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed
to cause such signs to be removed.
BE IT FURTHEI/ RESOLVED: That purmuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of
the State of California, Section 471 (b), and Section 3204 of the Santa Aha FAmicipal
Code of the City of Santa Aha, the City Council hereby declares the following named
intersections within the said City of Santa Ana hereinafter described to be "Stop"
intersections, to-wit:
SPURGE~ STREET
The intersection of Tenth Street and Spurgeon Street, and a11 east and
west bound traffic on Tenth Street shall stop before entering the
intersection.
