TO WIDEN NORTH MAIN STREET AND THE EAST SIDE OF RAITT
STREET SO~TH OF DELHI
~REAS, the grantors whose names appear below have delivered
to the City of Santa Ana their deeds granting easements, without
cash consideration being paid by the Cit~ for the purpose of widen-
ing North I~ain Street, and s~d deeds bear the dates set opposite
the name of said grantors, as follows:

~q{EREAS, the Santa Aha High School District of Orange County 99!
has delivered to said City a deed dated February 25, 1958, granting
an easement for the easterly half of Raitt Street South of Delhi Road,
without cash consideration.
NOW, T~REFORE BE IT RESOLVED. That the ~zty of Santa Aha
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Accept~ce on said deeds.
