THE CITY CERTAIN ACCESS RIGHTS TO PROPERTY AT FIRST ~D
WAL~JT, ALL ~ITHOUT CASH CONSIDERATION
~EREAS, the people whose names appear below have delivered
deeds to the City granting easements or acsess rights, without cash
consideration being paid by the City, and said deeds bear the dates
set opposite the names of said grantors; and
WHEREAS, the names next herein below are those of persons grant-
ing easements for the widening of North l~ain Street:
