CONCERNING rAEKING LIMITATIONS AND CL~RB N~J~KINGS IN ACCORDANCE TH~1~ITH:
B~ IT RJ~SOLV~D: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the
State of California, Section 472, and Section 3201 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code,
the City Council hereby establishes parking limitations and regulations set forth
in Section 3213 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, as follows:
FIFTH STHE~T
On the north side of Fifth Street between Minter Street and Mortimer Street, as follows:
East 35 feet
On the south side of Fifth Street between Minter Street and Mortimer Street, as follows:
East 35 feet
~INTER STRF~T
~n the west side of Minter Street between Fifth Street and Sixth Street, as follows:
South 35 feet
On the west aide of Minter Street between Fourth Street and Fifth Street, as follows:
North 35 feet
and said curb along said street shall be painted RED, and the Director of Public Worke
is hereby directed to cause the said curb to be painted as hereinabove described.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting
held on the 7th day of April , 1958.
