CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH:
B~ IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the
State of California, Section 472, and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code,
the City declares that portion of Resolution No. 52-~, adopted on the 7th day of
January, 1952, and ordering the curb painted Gma.~, as follows:
WEST SEVENTEENTH STREET
On the north side of Seventeenth Street between Heliotrope Dr. and Greenleaf Street~
located as follows:
East 21 feet of the west lib feet
is hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed
to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting
