PURPOSE AND GRAN-~-D~D FOR TWO PARCELS SOUTH OF RAITT
STREET
~S, FAITH EVANGELICAL UNITED BRETHREN CHURCH, a Cal-
ifornia Corporation, is developing certain property at the Northwest
corner of Fairview Avenue and Raitt Street, and in the process
thereof has delivered to the City a deed granting an easement for
street purposes for the relocation of Raitt Street and the widening
of Fa~ ~view Avenue, and has entered into an agreement with the City
to provide street improvements, as required by the Santa Aha Muni-
cipal Code, md has delivered to the City a deed granting fee title
to two irregularly shaped parcels that remain along the easterly
edge of said property cutoff from the main portion thereof, by the
relocated Raitt Street;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said
deeds, and directs Carl J. Thornton, the City,s designated agent, to
place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PAS~ED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of April , 1958.
