AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF DELHI ROAD AND MAIN STREETS
WHEREAS, EUGENE B. SIVE and LOUIS J. CELLA, JR. presented to
the City of Ssa ta ~na a daed granting property in the City of Santa
Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at the Northwest co~aer of Block A of South Santa
Aha, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 5, Page 43,
Miscellaneous~Msp s, records of said Orange County, and running
thence North45 feet to the Northwest corner of tract marked
"Pacific Electric Right of Way" on s~ d map; thence East
feet; thence South 50 feet; thence West 135 feet and thence
North 5 feet to the point of beginning,
in consideration of ~e sum of $31,000.00;
NOW, THER~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the ssi d City accepts
said deed, and Carl J. Thornton, t~e City's designated agent, is
hereby instructed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on ssi d deed
and to cause the same to be recorded through escrow.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on April ~2.~.st, 1958.
