CITY IS PAYING ~ CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, VADA A. FREDERICEB has presented to the City a grant
deed dated May 15, 1958, in consideration of the sum of $11, Ooo.00
conveying Lot 7 of Geo W. Ford's Addition to S~ata Arm, as per map
recorded in Book 25, Page 62, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles
County, California, and
W~HEREAS, JOSE PEREZ and JESUSCITZ PEREZ have presented to the ~/
City a deed dated September 23, 1957 covering an easement for street
purposes over the westerly 17.50 feet of the southerly 130 feet of
Lot 5, Block C of Emmetts Addition, and a spandrel shaped parcel
on the East side of Halladay, North of Adams Street, in cc~sidera-
tlon of the payment of $1,000.00, and
WHEREAS, NORA A. SCHUESSLER has presented the City a grant deed
dated April 21, 1958, conveying Lot 3 of the Greenleaf Tract, as per
map, Book 25, Page 49, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County,
California, in consideration of the payment of $17,500.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City accepts said
deeds and directs Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, to
place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
