ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, TED A. HOBRAN and INA C. ROBRAN have presented to
the City Council a Grant Deed dated May 16, 1958, in consideration
of the payment of $10,500.00, conveying property in the City of
Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
The East 104.00 feet of Lot 4 of "Record of Survey showing
Partition of the Estate of Sarah Ac M. Selvidge", in the
City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California,
as per Map filed in Book 3, Page 35 of Record of Surveys,
in the office of the County Recorder of said County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said Deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on s~d Deed.
