FOR STREET RIGH'~-OF-WAY WHERE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CON-
SIDERATION
WHEREAS,
conveying land for the widening of North Main Street,
the deeds are set opposite the names of the grantors:
Florence M. Alexander, Minnie L. Brownrtdge,
Orris E. Dawson and Alex Brownridge
Ida M. Gillespie
Willis V. Harris and Mildred W. Harris
H. Arthur 0ass and ~ayme E. 0ass
and
the following persons have presented to the City deeds
and the dates of
May 22,
May 19,
May 27,
May 26,

¥~EREAS, Sophie V. Nebeker and Peter A. Nebeker have presented
to the City a grant deed conveying an easement for street purposes over
the South 30 feet of Lo~ ]2 of the Highland Street Tract, as per map
in Book 6, Page 40 of Miscellaneous Naps in the office of the County
Recorder of Orange County, California, for the South one-half of future
Brook Street, East of Baker Street; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration being
paid by the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deeds, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is dir-
ected to place on each of said deeds his Certificate of Acceptance for
and on behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
at its regular meeting held on the 2_nd~ d~y o~ June ~ l- 1958.
