%~;HERE THE CITY IS PA~VING CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, ~ERBERT N. BAIR and MILDRED O. BAIR have presented
to the City a g~ant deed dated April 1, 1958, conveying the souther-
ly 20 feet together with a spandrel corner on a 15-foot radius from
the property at the northeast corner of Seventeenth and Baker Streets,
in consideration of $2,633.?5, and
WHEREAS, ANDREW JERALD ANGVICK and EMILY GRACE ANGVICK have
presented to the City a grant deed dated May 15, 1958, conveying a
spandrel corner on a 15-foot radius from property at the northwest
corner of Eleventh and Bristol Streets, in consideration of the
payment of $67.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City accepts said deeds
and directs Carl J. Thornton, the City, s designated agent, to place
his Certificate of Aeceptaace on said deeds.
