PAYING CASH
WHEI~EAS, ~ALPH H. RABER and KATHRYN L. RABER have presented
to the City a ~an~ deed dated April 9th, 1958, conveying a street
easement over the southerly 20 feet of a 100-foot wide parcel on
the North side of Seventeenth Street, running easterly from a point
50 feet East of Westwood, in consideration of ~4,000.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City accepts said
Deed and directs Carl J. Tho..~nton, the City's designated agent, to
place his Certificate of Acceptance on said Deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of June, 1.958./ ,
