PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, the following persons have presented to the City
deeds conveying easements for the widening of North Main Street and
the dates of the deeds are set opposite the names of the grantors:

~qEREAS, the following persons have delivered to me City
deeds conveying easements for street purposes on the South side of
Seventeenth Street s~ud the dates of said deed are set opposite the
na~nes of the grantors:
Frank P. Silveri and Ann C. Silveri
Harry J. Tau credi and May A. Tau credi
and

WHEREAS, Giacinto Joseph Nardulli and Wife have delivered to
the City a deed dated July 3~ 1958, conveying an easement for street
purposes over the Northerly 20 feet of ~ot 10, Blod~ "F" of the Nob
Hill Tract, as per map at Book 4, page 24~ Miscellaneous Maps, Records
of Orange County, California~ conveying an easement for a 20-foot
alley running easterly from Valencia Street, and
WHEREAS, t~e Pacific Electric R~ lway Company, a corporation,
has presented to the City a deed dated June 30, 1958 quitclaiming all
surface rights in certain crossing areas at the intersection of said
Company's right-of-way at Orange and Central Avenues, and at Adams
Street, and
WP~EREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid by the City;
NOW, ~tEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City accepts said
deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is directed
to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds and cause the
same to be recorded.
