WHEREAS, heretofore, on June 16, 1958, RESOLUTION NO. 58-155,
DECLA_RING TH~ WITHDRAWAL 0F CERTAIN TEitRITORIES FROM T?IE "TUSTIN
~.~!!~ DIST~.~I~T" was adop~ ed by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana, and
WHEREAS, in Line 3 of Page i of said Resolution, at the extreme
left of said line reference was made to an Ordinance number by which
the territory therein described was annexed to said City and in said
reference the last two digits of said number were transposed so that
the Ordinance number read "NS-269", when it should have been "NS-296".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT P~SOL~D that Resolution No. 58-155 be
and the sa~e is hereby amended by correcting the six-space group of
letters, symbol and figures at the extreme left of the third line on
Page I of said Resolution to read "NS-296''.
