RESOLUTION OF TEE CIT~ COUNCIL OF 'A'~l~ CITY OF
SANTA ANA ADOPTING BUDGET AND APPROVING ME~D-
RAND~ OF A~!~ FOR EXPENDIT%~ OF ~
ALLOCATION FOR MAJOR CITY STREETS
~4~S, a memorandum of a~reement has been preeen~ed to be entered
into with the State of California in accordance with a project statement
submitted by the City of Santa Ama for expenditure of the gas tax
cation to Cities for the fiscal year 1959,
W~EREAS, the City Council has hear~ resxl said agreement in 15~11 and
is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha that said project statement be an~ it is hereby adopted as the budget
of proposed expenditures of the gas tax -~ 1 ocation to Cities, and said
agre--?~ut be an~ the same is hereby approved and the Mayor an~ the Clerk
of the Council are directed to sign the same on behalf of said City, said
agreement to be binding upon the City upon its execution by the authorized
officials of the State.
