OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AMENDMENT NUMBE~ 3 TO THE AGREE-
MENT FOR MAINTENANCE OF STATE HIGHWAY IN THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of Public Works~
Division of Higkways~ has presented Amendment Number 3 to the Agreement for
Maintenance of the State Highway in the City of Santa Ana dated July 1, 1958.
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said Amendment Number 3 in full
and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
that said Amendment Number 3 is hereby approved ~nd the Mayor and the Clerk of
the Council are directed to sign the sam~ on behalf of said City.
