V~HEREAS, CiuARLES W. TAYLOR and ETHEL P. TAYLOR have presented
a deed dated April 1, 1958, conveying an easement for street purposes
along the north side of Seventeenth Street, West of Towner Street,
described as:
Beginning at a point in the South line of Section One,
TownshiPoFive South, R~g~ Ten West, S.B.B.&.M., distant
South 89 48' 40" West 145.00 feet from the intersection
of said South line with the Southerly prolongation of the
Easterly line of said Lot One; thence Norta 0° 45' lO"
East parallel with the Easterly linc of s~d Lot One a
distance of 50.00 feet; thence North 89° 48, 40'' East par-
allel ~ th the Southe~y line of s~d Section One to the
center line of Towner Street, as shown on a Map of Tract
No. 1306, recorded in Book 39, pages 29 and 30 of ~iscell-
aueous ~aps, records of Orange County, Cai ifornia; thence
South 0° 45' 10" West 50.00 feet ~ong said center line to
the Southerly line of said Section One; thence South 89°
48' 40" West 90.005 feet to the point of beginning,
in consideration of the pa~uent of ~2,100.00.
NO., THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City accepts said deed
and directs Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, to place
the Certificate of ~.cceptauce on said deed and cause the same to be
recorded.
