COWSTRUCTION AND ~IAI.,i'TENANCE OF A WATER LINE AND APPLUQT-
ENA~CES 'g~ERE THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDE~TION
TO THE GRANTORS
'~FHEREAS,
July 29, i958., granting an easement for street purposes on the wester-
ly side of ~.~ain Street, just north of Tenth Street; PEGGY GORZE~I~N
has delivered to the City a deed dated July l~, 19~8, granting an
easement for the widening of ~orth Nain Street, on the East side just
north of Seventeenth Street, togetizer with a spandrel corner at said
intersection; and C. S. LEE and LAURA ~.[. LEE have presented to the
City a ~7.uitclaim~ Deed dated July 21, 19~8 quitclaiming interest across
the frontage of Lots ? snd 10, Block B of t~iley's Addition to the To~m
of Santa Aha, for tne purpose of widening North Na!n Street, and
WHEREAS, CARL J. KLATT and ~JA A. KLATT have presented a deed
dated July a4, 1958, conveying ~n e ascendent for the construction and
maintenance of a water linc ~West of 'i%stin Avenue, approximately
620.~8 feet South of the center line of Seventeenth Street; and
5!ETCALF PLAZA, a limited partnership haspresented to ~ne City a deed
dated July 29, 1958 conveying anease~ent for construction and main-
tenance of a water line running easterly from North ~ain Street to
the Santa Ana Freeway approximately 185.10 feet north of the southerly
line of Township 1/~ South, Range 10 West, S.~.B. & ~d; and
~,~HEREAS, in each of these cases the City is payin~ no cash con-
sideration to the Grantor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: 'l~nat the City acceots said deeds
and directs Carl J. T~ornton, the City's designated a,.~ent, to place
bls Certificate of Acceptance on said Deeds.
