CONCERNING PARKING LIMITA?IONS AND ~RB ~ARKINGS IN ACCORDAI~OE THEREWITH:
BE IT RE~0LVED= That pursuant ~o the provisions of the Vehicle
Code of the State of California, Section 472, and Section 3201 of ~he
Santa Aha Municipal Code, the City Council hereby establishes parking
limitations and regulations set forth in Section 3213 of the Santa Ama
Municipal Code, as follows:
SYCAMORE STREET
On the West side of Sycamore Street between Fourth and ~ifth ~treet~
as followw:
~outh 8 feet of North 36 feet
South 9 feet of No~th 80 feet
0n the south side of Fifth Street between Broadway and Sycamore Street,
aa follows:
East 13 feet
West 10 feet of East ~2 feet
West 12 feet of East 89 feet
and said curb along said street shall be painted RED, and ~he Director
of Public ~orks is hereby directed to cause the said curb to be painted
as hereinabow~ described.
~E IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the pr~s~ of the
Vehicle Code of the State of California, Section ~72, and Section 3201
of the ~anta Ana Municipal Code, the City declares that the follow~
red curb ma~kings:
_FIFTH STREET
On the south side of Fifth Street between Broadway and Sycamore Street,
as follows =
East 20 feet
West 8 feet of East 62 feet
SYCAMORE STREET
On the West side of Sycamore St~'eet between hth Street and 5th Street,
as follows:
North 10 feet
South 7 feet of North 57 feet
are hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Womks
is hereby directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or
ooverede
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City council of the City of santa Aha
at i~ regular meeting held on the 4th day of August ,19%8.
