Wa~EAS, OLGA C. BENSON has presented a deed dated August 8, 1958,
and signed Auger-st 12, 1958, conveying an easement for street purposes on
the east side of Bristol Street south of Sixth Street, described as:
PARCEL l: The Westerly 8 feet of Lot 24 of Tract No' k74,
as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 17, page 18~
Miscellaneous ~ps~ records of said Orauge County.
PARCEL 2: A spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded Northerly
by the North line of said Lot 24, bounded Westerly by the East
line of Parcel l, bounded Southeasterly by the arc of a curve
concave Southeasterly having a radius of 15.00 feet and tangent
to said North line of Lot 24, and tangent to said East line of
Parcel l~
in consideration of the payment of $650,00.
NOW~ T.,:~EFORE~ BE IT ~SOLVED that the City accepts said deed and
directs Carl J, Thornton, the City's designated agent, to place the Certificate
of Acceptance on said deed and cause the same to be recorded~
