C~uncil adopted Resolution i.~o. ~-19~, declaring its intention to
vacate a portion of l~'orth Birch Street described therein, which said
2esolution waspu'blished and posted as required b7 law; and
~f[-tEREAS, a public hearin' was duly held on t~he 2nd day of
September, 19~$, upon due notice in said ~esolntion nd said proposed
notices contained;
NOW, THE~[~FO?~, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Ssmta Aha horeby finds from all the evidence submitted that
the portion of Jorth '¥irch Street between Sixth Street and Eighth
Street, in said Resolution and herein described, is unnecessary for
prospective or present street purposes;
BE IT ]?URT~R ~USSOLVED that said Citz? Council hereby makes
its order vacating and abandoning for street purposes all t~mt portion
of i~o~'th Zirch Street in the City of Santa ina, County of Orange, State
of California, described as:
