THE CITY IS PAYI'NG NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, W. GRACE ROBERTSON, et al, have presented to the
City a deed dated September 25, 1958, conveying an easement for the
widening of North Main Street on the East side across the frontage
of the third lot South of Fourteenth Street, and
WHEREAS, S. NITTA and SONS have presented to the City a deed
dated August 29, 19~8, granting an easement for drainage purposes
~unning southerly from Fai~view Avenue west of Douglas Streets, and
WHEF&~AS, in each of said cases the City is paying no cash con-
sideration to said Grantors;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City accepts said deeds
and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is directed to
place his Certificate of Acceptsa ce on said deeds and cause the same
to be recorded.
