CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH I
BE IT RESOLVED= That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the
State of California, Section 459.8, and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha Mtlnicipal
Code, the City Council hereby establishes parking limitations and regulations set
forth in Section 3216 of the Santa Aha M~nicipal Code, as follows,
MAIN STREET
On the east side of Main Street from the north property line of Owens Drive to a
point 2030 feet north.
On the west side of Main Street from a point 225 feet north of Roe Drive to a point
2215 feet north.
and said street shall be posted "NO PARKING AT ANY TIME"; and the Director of Public
Works is hereby directed to cause said street to be posted as next hereinaboYe
described.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the ~ouncil of the City of Santa Aha at its regular meeting
held on the 15th day of .%ptember
