HomeMy WebLinkAbout58-250 RESOLUTION NO. ,58-250 CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS ASD CURB MARKINC~ IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH: BE II RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, Section 472, and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha ~unioipal Code, the City de~lares that portion of Resolution No. 58-82, adopted on the 17th day of Marhh, 1958~ and ordering the curb painted WHITE, as follows: SIXTH STREET On the north side of Sixth Street between Main Street and Sycamore Street, as follows: West 35 feet of the east 77 feet ALSO: that portion of Resolution No. 58-82, adopted on the 17th day of March, 1958, and ordering the curb painted YELLOW, as follows: SIXTH STREET On the north side of Sixth Street between Main Street and Sycamore Street, as follows: West 35 feet of the East 42 feet are hereby repealed and rescinded~ and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED~ That the City Council hereby establishes parking regula- tions and limitations as set forth in Section 3217 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, as follows: SIXTH STREET On the north side of Sixth Street between Main Street and Sycamore Street~ as follows: West 33 feet of the east 42 feet and said curb along said street shall be painted WHI~TE, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted as hereinabove described.
