CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB NL~RKINGS IN ACC(iRDANCE THEREWITH:
BE IT REgOLVED, That pursuant to the provls{ons o~ the Vehicle Code o~ the
of California, Section 472, and Section 3201 of the Santa Ana ~unicipal Code, the City
declares that portion or, Resolution No. 57-202, adopted on the 5th day of August, 1957,
and ordering the curb painted RED, as follows:
FOURTH STREET
On the south side of Fourth Street between Bush Street and $purgeon Street, as follows:
East 38 feet of the west 95 feet
is hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed
to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered.
BE IT FURTHFJR RESOLVED: That the City Council hereby establishes parking regula-
tions and limitations as set forth in Section 3213 of the Santa Aha Mun~ipal Code, as
follows:
~ECOND STREET
On the north side of Second Street between Bush Street and Spurgeon Street, as
East 60 feet of the west 94 feet
and said curb along said street shall be painted R~.~, and the Director of Public Works
is hereby directed to cause the said curb to be painted as hereinabove described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED~ That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of
the State of California and Section 3301 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, the City
Council hereby establishes parking regulations and limitations as follews~
Two (2) parking meters on the south side of Fourth Street between Bush Street and
S~urgeon Street, the east 38 feet of the west 95 feet, to be designated as
~ne~ (~)'~o~:parking meters,
and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to install signs indicating the
time limit as next hereinabove described.
