CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS A~D CURB MARKINGS IN ACCCRDANCE THEREWITH:
BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the
State of Calflornia, Section 471.1, and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha ~nicipal Code
of the City of Santa Aha, the City Council hereby declares the following named inter-
section within the City of Santa Ana hereinafter described to be a "Yield Right of Way"
intersection, to-wit:
ANAH~RST PLACE
At the intersection of Anahurst Place and Van Ness Avenue that a "Yield Right-of-
Way" sign be erected at the above intersection, directing traffic on Van Ness
Avenue to yield to the traffic on Anahurst Place;
and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to cause signs to be erected as
hereinabove described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOVLED: /hat pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of
the State of California, Section 472, and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha MunicipAl Code,
the City Council hereby establishes parking limitations and regulations set forth in
Section 3213 of the Santa Aha ~unicipal Code, as follows:
VAN NESS AVENUE
On the east side of Van Ness Avenue, between Anahurst Place and Delhi Road, as follows:
North 27 feet
On the west side of Van Ness Avenue, between Anahurst Place and Delhi Road, as follows:
North 20 feet
On the east side of Van Ness Avenue, between Anahurst Place and St. Gertrude Place, as follows:
South 34 feet
On the west side of Van Ness Avenue, between Anahurst Place and St. Gertrude Place, as follows:
South 21 feet
ANAHURST PLACE
On the south side of Anahurst Place, between Van Ness Avenue and Patton Street, as follows:
West 40 feet
On the north side of ~ahurst Place, between Van Ness Avenue and ~:~rton Street, as follows:
West 30 feet
On the north side of Anahurst Place, between Van Ness Avenue and Garnsey Street, as follows:
East 30 feet
On the south side of Anahurst place, between Van Ness Avenue and Flower Street, as follows:
East 43 feet
and said curb along said street shall be painted RED, and the Director of Public Works
is hereby directed to cause the said curb to be painted as hereinabove described.
PASSED Ak~ ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular
meeting held on the 6%h day of October , 1958.
