CITY IS PAYING CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, V. KEITH and BETTY J. THORNE, have presented to the
.dated October 14th, 1958,
City a deed/granting easement for the purpose of widening Seventeenth
Street on the north side West of Towner, in consideration of the pay-
ment of $2,200.00, a~d
WHEREAS, LORIN and DOROTHY F. GRISET have presented to the ~
City a deed dated October 7, 1958, conveying an easement for the
widening of Center Street on the East side just North of Edinger,
in consideration of the City's agreement to construct the curb,
gutter, and paving on Center Street and paying of all escrow expense.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said
deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is hereby
directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds and
to cause the same to be recorded.
