RESOLUTION NO. 58-272 GRANTING MOLLIE C. CANPBELL
VARIANCE ON APPLICATION NO. 1030 AFTER PLANNING
CONMISSION RECON~I~NDED DENIAL
WHEREAS, on Variance Application No. 1030, the Planning
Conm~ission recommended denial, and, after consideration, the Council
determined that the same should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the application of
Nollie C. Campbell for a varisnce to erect an advertising sign in
connection with a real estate office on property known and number-
ed as 1211 North Broadway~ Santa Ana, California, is hereby approved
to permit an advertising sign not exceeding 4 feet by 6 feet of out-
side dimensions, to be located no closer tha~ 22 feet from the side-
walk on the South side of the property~ and to be simila~ in type
to the sign maintained by Andrew and Levin, at 838 North Broadway.
