W~EHEAS, the Planning Commission has recommended that the
setback lines he~ein described be established;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the
City of Santa Ana hereby declares its intention to establish setback
lines, as provided for in Sections 9155 through 9158 of the Santa Ana
Municipal Code, as follows:
Cedar Street, on the East side, beginning at a point 415
feet North of the center line of St. Andrews Place, and
continuing North 100 feet, 60 feet from the center line of
Cedar Street, measured at right angles.
BE IT FJRTHER RESOLVED: That at 7:30 P.M. on the 1st day
of December, 1958, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Third and
~ain Street, Santa Ana, California, is hereby established as the
hour and place when all persons having any objections to the estab-
lishment of said proposed setback line may appear and be heard.
BE IT FURT~ER RESOLVED: That the Clerk of th~ mcil is hereby
directed to publish notice of s~d hearing by publishing a copy of
this Resolution once in a newspaper of gener~ circulation published
in t he City, and the Public Works Department is directed to post one
copy of this Resolution conspicuously upon said street in front of
each block or part of a block where said setback line is proposed to
be established. No less than three such n~ices shall be so posted.
Both publication a nd posting shall be made at least ten days before
the time of said hearing.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 3rd
