APPROVING MAP, DECL/~ING INT~TION TO VACATE CERTAIN UNNAMED ALLEYS SOU~H OF DELHI ROAD AND EAST OF MAIN STREET, AND FU~TNG TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING ~H~HE(~ after study, the Planning Commission end the Director of Public Works, have recommended the vacation of certain unnamed alleys and portions of alleys herein below described, end the City Council, after study, has concluded that the same be unneeesmary for present or prospective street l~mx~oeea and has caused a map thereof to be preperede NOW, ~/EP~FO~E, BE IT RESOLVED that the map attached here/~ marked "Exhibit A~ is hereby approved, adopted, ~na ordered filed as a pert of this Remolu~ton in the office of the Clerk of the Council, and reference is hereby made to said map for particu- lars of location~ extent, termini end exact details of this proposed street vacation, and the City Council hereby declares its intention to vacate, abandon ~na close up as public streets those alleys end portions of alleys in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orenge, State of California, described as: 1. Extending from Central Avenue to Adams Street, between railroad tracks and Measor Street~ (2C-foot ~lley) In and between Block 5~ Tract 39, Block H~ of the South Santa Aha Tract: Bounded on the north by the westerly extension of the northerly line of Lot 13, Block 5; and on the south by a line beginning at a point 2.5 feet north of the southeast corner of Lot 10, Block H, extending east to the westerly line of Lot 14, Block 5. Extending from Orange Avenue to Cypress Avenue, south of Central Avenue. In Hlock G, South Santa Aha Tract: A 15-foot alley bounded on the east by the westerly line of Orange Avenue, and on the wrest by the easterly line of Cypress Avenue. Between Cypress Avenue end Main Street, s~uth of Central Avenue. In Block F, South Senta Aha Tract: That portion of a 20-f~ot alley bounded on the east by the westerly line of Cypress Avenue end on the west by a line 150 feet west of and par~!lel to the westerly line of Cypress Avenue. Between Orange Avenue and Cypress Avenue, north of Central Avenue. In Block D, South Santa Aha Tract: The 10-foot alley bounded on the east by the westerly line of Lot 3, Tract 1575, end on the west by the easterly line of Cypress Avenue, Extending from Cypress Avenue to Main Street, north of Central Avenue. In Block E, South Senta Aha Tract: The 10-foot alley bounded on the east by the westerly side of Cypress Averme, end on the west by a line 50 feet east of and parallel to the center line of South Main Street. BE IT ~JRTHER RESOLVe): That the 15th d~y of December, 1958, at the ho~r of 7:30 o'clock p.m. on said day, in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, 3rd and Main Streets, in the City of Santa Aha, California, is hereby fixed as the time and place for hearing ail persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation of those portions of streets and alleys herein described; that the City Council hereby declares its intention to proceed with this street vacation under the provisions of the Street Vacation Act of 1941, Part 3, Division 9, of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California; and That the Clerk of the Council is hereby ordered to publish this Resolution in the m~n~e~ presaribed by law for the publishing of Ordinances of the City, mud the Director of Public W~rks is hereby ordered to post conspicuously along the lines of si1 portions of streets and alleys herein proposed to he vacated, at least 10 days before the date of said hearing, notices sta~tng the passage of this Resolution of Intention and the time ~-~ place of hearing; such notices shall be posted not more than 300 feet ~part and at least 3 shall be posted along said street herein proposed to be vacatede PAS~ED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular Cler~ of the Council A.
