IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, SOL VISTA HOMES, INC. has presented to the City a
deed dated September 30, 1958, conveying Lot A of Tract No. 2772,
as per map recorded in Book 109, Pages 6 and 7, as a portion of
the alley in Tract No. 3293, and
WHEREAS, LEO YOST COLE, GERALDINE COLE DOUGLAS and TOM EUGENE
COLE have presented to the City a deed dated October 22, 1958, con-
veying an easement for street purposes over the westerly l0 feet of
Lot 3, Block A, of the Price and Stella Fruit Addition, for the pur-
pose of widening North Main Street on the East side, midway between
Seventh and Eighth Streets;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said
deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, shall place
his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds and cause the same to
be recorded.
