HomeMy WebLinkAbout58-278RESOLUTION N0.,~58-278 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A QUITCLAIm{ DEED QUITCLAI~ING VEHICULAR ACCESS RIGHTS ALONG TH]~ SOUTHERLY SIDE OF SEVENTEENTH STREET WHEREAS, heretofore the City of Santa Ana acquired all vehicu- lar access rights along the northerly boundary of the Junior College site and it has now been determined that two driveway entrances should be provided for access to Junior College area parking. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council hereby proves the quitclaiming of certain vehicular access rights herein- below described to the Santa Ana Junior College District of Orange County, and directs the Vice ~ayor and t~e Clerk of the Council to execute a Quitclaim Deed conveying to said District that certain prop- erty in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: All vehicular access rights from the lands lying south of the south line of Seventeenth Street, to Seventeent.~ Street, over those portions of said south line described as follows: PARCEL l: Beginning at a point on said south line of Seven- teenth Street, 1,654.17 feet westerly, measured along said south line and its extension, from the center line of Bristol Street; and running thence easterly along said south line 62.00 feet. PARCEL 2: Beginning at a point on said south line of Seventeenth Street, 1,328.50 feet westerly, measured along said south line and its extension, from the center line of B~stol Street, and running thence easterly along said sou~ line 66.00 feet.
