PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, B~S~', a Corporation, has presented to the City a
deed dated April 18, 19~8, for the ~idening of North Main Street, on
the East side, North of Tenth Street; and
WHEREAS, Occidental Life Insurance Company o f Cal ifom ia, a Cor-
poration, has presented to the City a deed dated April 24, 1958, for
the widening of Main Street, on the East side, South of Tenth Street;
and
C. & S. LAND COMPANY has presented to the City a deed dated
October 31st, 19~8, and W. F. CRODDY and MAURINE ~. CRODDY have pre-
sented to the City a deed dated October 30, 1958, both for the widen-
lng of Delhi Re,ad on the North side, West of New Fatrview;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts sst d deeds
and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is hereby directed
to place his Certificate of Acceptau ce upon said deeds and csnse the
sane to be recorded.

at its regular meeting held
