A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA CHANGING THE WORK PROPOSED TO BE DONE
IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 198
WHERF~AS, by Resolution No. 58-119 of the City Council of the
City of Santa Ana, certain specifications entitled "Specifications
for Improvement in Assessment District No.
AD 198 were approved and adopted; and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 58-129 of
198" and plan No.
said City Council, said
City Council declared its intention to order the work done as de-
scribed in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Couucil has beeu advised by the Director of
Public Works of said city that certain changes in said specifica-
tions, plan, and work should be made;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That said City Council hereby proposes to
change the work described in said plan and specifications and the
work described and set forth in said Resolution No. 58-129 as here-
inafter set forth:
Said work shall be changed by modifying said plan as fol-
lows: The following walks, driveway approaches, or curb-
ing shall be deleted or added as indicated. The number
in the lefthand column under "Parcel No." shall designate
the location of the additiou or deletion as shown on said
plan. The column headed "Description" shall designate the
kind, size, and character of the change. The column headed
"Sheet No." shall designate the sheet number of said plan
on which the change shall be made, and the last two columns
shall indicate whether the change is an addition to or a
deletion from the work.

Said plans as proposed to be modified are on file in the
office of the City Engineer of said city and shall be open and
available for inspection.
It is estimated that the cost of the proposed changes
will increase the cost of the work by the sum of $415.23.
SECTION 2. That notice hereby is given that on the 1st
day of ~cemher , 1958, at 7:30 o!clock P.M. any person interested
in the proceedings referred to iu said Resolution No. 58-129, the
said resolution referring to the improvement of Daisy Avenue and
other streets within the city as set forth in said resolution, by
the grading, preparing of subgrade, paving with plantmix surface,
construction of concrete curbs and gutters, concrete sidewalks and
driveway aprons, and appurtenant work thereto, as set forth in said
resolution, having any objections to the changes proposed herein
may appear before said City Council and show cause why said changes
should not be ordered, and any person interested may file written
objections to the proposed changes with the Clerk of the Council
at any time not later than the time set for hearing.
SECTION 3. The Clerk of the Council hereby is directed
to publish this resolution in the "Santa Aha Register" at least
once, the first publication to be at least ten (10) days prior to
the date of the above public hearing.
SECTION 4. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to

the adoption of this resolution.
