A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA CRDERING CERTAIN MCOIFICATIONS OF THE
WfI?K TO BE DONE IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 198
~HEREAS, the City Council, by Resolution No. 58-285, declared its intention
to order certain modifications for the improvement of Dats~ ~ve~ and other streets
in Assessment District No. 198, as such proceedings were instituted pursuant to
Resolution No. 58-129; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution No. ~8-285 duly and legally was published as rec~ired
by law and notice of the intention to order said proposed modifications duly has
been given; and
WHEREAS, a hearing has been held thereon by said City Council; and
WHEREAS, no w~itten protests or objections to said modifications have been
filed by any interested person, and no oral objections or protests thereto have
been made to the City Council;
NO~, THEREFCRE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANADOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS~
SECTION 1. That, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 5231 - 5235 of the
Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, said City Council declares
that it has acquired jurisdiction to order the modifications proposed in said
Resolution No. 58-285, and hereby orders and directs that said modifications and
each of them as specified in said Resolution No. §8-285 be made.
SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution.
