HomeMy WebLinkAbout58-300RESOLUTION N0, 58'300 CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH: BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, Section No, 472, and Section 3201 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the City Council hereby establishes parking limitations and regulations as set forth in Section 3215 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, as follows: BROADWAY On the east side of Broadway between Buffalo Avenue and Twentieth Street, as follows: North 66 feet of the south 522 feet and said curb along said street shall be painted GREEN and a sign shall be installed indicating that the maximum time limit for parking shall be twenty-four (24) minutes, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted and said signs to be installed as next hereinabove described. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, Section 472, and Section 3201 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the City Council hereby establishes parking limitations and regulations set forth in Section 3213 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, as follows: BROADWAY On the east side of Broadway between Buffalo Avenue and Twentieth Street, as follows: The north 5 feet of the south 527 feet and said curb along said street shall be painted RED, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to cause the said curb to be painted as hereinabove described, PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of December , 1958.
