CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACC~tDANCB THEREWITH:
BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to the previsions of the Vehicle Code of the State
of California, Section 472, and Section 3201 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the City
declares that portion of Resolution No. 56-165, adopted on the 4th day of June, 1956,
and ordering the curb painted RED,as follows:

WEST SEVENTEENTH STREET
On the north side of Seventeenth Street between Baker Street and Westwood venue, as follows:
West 81.5 feet of the east 264 feet
East 142.5 feet
are hereby repealed and rescinded, and .the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to
cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that parking regulations set forth in that portion of
Resolution No. 56-165, adopted on the 4th day of June, 1956, as follows:
WEST SEVENTEENTH STREET
On the north side of Seventeenth Street between Baker Street and Westwood Avenue, as follows:
West 40 feet of the east 182.5 feet
ordering the curb to be painted GREEN, and to have a parking limit of twelve (12) minutes,
between the hours of 8:30 A, M, and 4:00 P, M, and to be a "No Stopping, Standing or Parking"
zone between 4:00 P.M, and 8:30 P, M,
are hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to
cause the paint nn said curb to be removed or covered, and the above listed signs removed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the
State of California, Section 472, and Section 3201 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the
City Council hereby establishes parking limitations and regulations set forth in Section
3213 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, as follows:
SEVENTEENTH STREET
Un the north side of Seventeenth Street between Baker Street and Westwood Avenue, as follows:
West 23 feet
East 23 feet
On the north side of Seventeenth Street between Towner Street and Westwood Ave., as follows:
West 23 feet
East 9 feet
and said curb along said street shall be painted RED, and the Director of Public Works is
hereby directed to cause the said curb to be painted as next hereinabove described.

held on the lst day of December , 1958.
