IS PAYIIQG NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, Flora Ayleen LJuoe, Richard Gam, and Lillian~s,
a California corporation, have presented to tine City a deed dated ~ ~
December 3, 1958, conveying property for the widening of Main Street,
on the East side, South of Ninth Street; and
P7HEREAS, MOTO TASHIRO.has presented to the City a deed dated
November 19, 1958, conveying an easement for street purposes along yf~
tie North side of Edinger Street, 123.82 feet East from Flower Street,
and 150 feet along the East side of Flower Street, North from Edinger
Street, all ten feet wide, together with a spandrel corner; and
WHEREAS, L. W. Lef_ort Co., a partnership, has delivered to
the City a deed dated October 23, 1958, granting an easement for ~''~'
drainage purposes twelve feet wide, running South from Birch and
Central Street to the Pacific Electric right of way; and
WHEREAS, V. L. Hink e and Jewell D. H„in~1r?~ have delivered to
the City a deed dated December 2nd, 1958, conveying an easement for ~ `~1
street purposes for tine widening of Main Street, on the West side,
North ofr;ighteenth Street; and
WHEREAS, Fred S. Vt"hi~l and Alice E. Whipple have delivered
to the City a deed dated October 7th, 1929, for which said grsntors ~ S~
were paid a consideration of ~k1.00, in 1929, granting property to
the City for street purposes for the location of Olive Street No nth
of Russell; and
VYHEREAS, Arthure E. F'awl„g~,and Lydia R. Fowler have delivered
to the City a deed dated October 7th, 1929, for which they were paid

a consideration of x;1.00, in 1929, granting property for street
purposes for the East side of O ive Street, Nor th of Russell;
NOVV, THEREFORE, BE I1^ RESOLVED: That the City accepts said
deeds and Carl J. 'Phornton, the City~s designated agent, is directed
to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
