CONSIDERATION OF WOHK TO BE Pi~RFORMED AT CITY
EXPENSE
WHEREAS, DAVID H.~has presented to the City a deed dated
November 21, 1958, conveying an easement for street purposes for the
widening of Borchard Street on the North side, immediately West of
Olive Street, in consideration of the City's agreement to move the
fences to the property line on both Borchard snd Olive Streets, to
construct sidewalk, curb and paving on Borchard Street, and to level
the ground on Doth Borchard and Olive Streets, all without expense
to Grantor;
NOW, THEREP~RE BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said
deed, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is directed
to place his Certificate of Acceptance on s~d deed,
the same to be recorded through said escrow.
