CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS A~D CURB ~KINGS IN ACCCRDANCE THEREWITHI
BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State
of California, Section 472, and Section 3201 of the Santa ~na ~nictpal Code, the City Council
declares that portion of Resolution No. 2484~ adopted on the 5th day of October~ 1936,
and ordering the curb painted RED, as follows:
~tAIN STREET
On the west side of Main Street between Fifth Street and Sixth Street, as follows:
North 30 feet of the south 70 feet
are hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed
to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicie Code of the
State of California, Section 472, and Section 320I of the Santa Ana ~unicipai Code, the
City Council hereby establishes parking limitations and reguIations set forth in Section
3213 of the Santa Aaa ~unicipaI Code, as foliows:
MAIN STREET
On the west side of Main Street between Fifth Street and Sixth Street, as follows:
North 80 feet
East side of Main Street between Sixth Street and Seventh Street, as foIiows:
South 78 feet
shall be designated as a "Bus Loading Zone" and said curb along sa~d street shall be
painted R.~_~, and the Director of P~blic Works is hereby directed to cause the said
curb to be painted as hereinabove described.
