CONGF~RNING PARKING LIMITATIONS A~D CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE IH~REWITH:
BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the
State of California, Section 47~, and Section 3201 of the Santa Ana ~nicipal Code,
the City Council hereby establishes parking limitations and re~Qlations set forth in
Section 3213 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code,as follows:
LACY STREET
On the west side of Lacy Street between First Street and Second Street, as follows:
North 8 feet
and said curb along said street shall be painted R~D, a~d the Director of Public Works
is hereby directed to cause the said curb to be painted as hereinabove described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVSD that pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the
State of California, Section 472, and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha ~nicipal Code,
the City Council hereby establishes parking limitations and regulations set forth in
Section 3218 of the San~a Aha Municipal Code, as follows:
LACY STREET
On the west side of Lacy Street between First Street and Second Street, as follows:
South 25 feet of the north 109 feet
and said curb along said street shall be painted YELLOW a~d the Director of P~jblic
Works is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted as next hereinabove described.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular meeting
held on the 19th day of Janua~' , 1959.
