RESOLUTION NO. 59-26 Dr. Clara ~aAe
CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS A~ CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THER£WITH~
BE IT RESOLVED~ That pursuant to the provisions of the vehicle Code of the State
of California, Section 472, and Section 3201 of the Santa A~a Municipal Code, the City
declares that portion of Resolution No. 58-300, adopted on the 1st day of December, 1958,
and ordering the curb paintedGR.~EN as follows..
BROADWAY
On the east side of Broadway between Buffalo Avenue and Twentieth Street, as follows..
North 66 feet of the south 522 feet
is hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of P~blic Works is hereby directed
to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED~ That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of
the State of California, Section 459.2, and Sectinn 3201 of the Santa Ann Municipal
Code, the City Council hereby establishes pedestrian crosawalks as set forth in
Section ~224 of the Santa Ann Municipal Code, as follows~
BROADWAY
A crosswalk across Broadway 517 feet north of Twentieth: Street
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED~ That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of
the State of California, Section 472, and Section 3201 of the Santa Ama Municipal Code,
the City Council hereby establishes parking limitations and regulations set forth in
Section 3213 of the Santa Ann Municipal Code, as follows~
BROADWAY
On the east side of Broadway between Twentieth Street and Buffalo Avenue, as follows~
The north $5 feet of the south 522 feet
On the west side of Broadway between the north property line of Twentieth Street extended
and Santa Clara Avenue, as follows.'
The north 60 feet of the south 547 feet
and said curb along said street shall he painted RED, and the Director of Public Works
is hereby directed to cause the said curb to he painted as hereinahove described.
PASSED A~D ADOPTED hy the Council of the City of Santa ~na at its regular meeting
held on the 2nd day of February , 1959.
