A _B3~-9OLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA ADOPTING THE PROPILE AND IMPROVEMENT
PLAN AND SPECIFICATION FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF
TOWNER STREET AND OTHER STREETS IN THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That that certain profile and improvement
plan, No. AD 202, for the improvement of Towner Street and other
streets all in the City of Santa Ana, on file in the office of the
City Engineer of the City of Santa Ana, be, and the same hereby is,
approved and adopted for such work and improvement.
That that certain specification entitled "Specifications
for Improvement iu Assessment District 202," prepared by the City
Engineer for the City of Santa Ana and on file in the office of
the Clerk of the Council thereof, be, and the same hereby is,
approved and adopted for such work and improvement.
SECTION 2. It hereby is ordered that the above-mentioned
plan and specification shall be filed in the office of the City
Engineer of the City of Santa Aha, and both such plan and speci-
fication shall be open to public inspection.
SECTION 3. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to
the adoption of this resolution.
